CARDINAL PEAK LAUNCHES PHOTODIALER APP
FOR PALM PRE
LAFAYETTE, Colo.—Cardinal Peak LLC, a contract engineering services provider specializing in embedded products, has developed a PhotoDialer application that is now available for free download in the Palm Pre App Catalog.
PhotoDialer offers Pre users a simple way to call the people they talk to the most—just by tapping their picture. With PhotoDialer, users can dial their favorite numbers without sliding open the Palm Pre keyboard to hunt through their contacts.
Favorite numbers can easily be added and displayed in either a grid view or list view. Single-tap dialing on large, easy-to-select pictures makes PhotoDialer an essential addition to the Palm Pre.
To download PhotoDialer, users can visit the App Catalog on their Palm Pre and type "PhotoDialer" into the search box. In just two weeks, PhotoDialer has been downloaded more than 45,000 times. The app was recently named among the "impressive new titles" in the Palm Pre App Catalog by PC Magazine.
Cardinal Peak served as a pre-launch development partner for the Palm Pre webOS platform. The firm then created PhotoDialer, one of the first applications in the Palm Pre App Catalog.
