Expert Witness Services
Cardinal Peak is frequently engaged to provide technical
support and expert testimony in patent infringement cases. Services we provide

- Prior art research
- The diverse backgrounds of our senior in-house engineers often mean that we have personal knowledge of relevant prior art. Furthermore, we are
experienced at patent searching and have excellent access to the extensive University of Colorado library system.
- Reverse engineering
- Our focus on development engineering makes us exceptionally well qualified to analyze software produced during discovery.
We also have experience extracting and analyzing embedded software stored in ROMs. We excel at using logic analyzers and other
tools to analyze systems and to determine their data paths and operating characteristics.

We have two Ph.Ds on our full-time staff, and contacts with professors at nearby universities including the University of Colorado and the
